To avoid your next case of verbal diarrhea, here are 13 things to never share or discuss with your co-workers.

1. Salary information
What you earn is between you and Human Resources, Solovic says. Disclosure indicates you aren’t capable of keeping a confidence.

2. Medical history
“Nobody really cares about your aches and pains, your latest operation, your infertility woes or the contents of your medicine cabinet,” Lopeke says. To your employer, your constant medical issues make you seem like an expensive, high-risk employee.

3. Gossip
Whomever you’re gossiping with will undoubtedly tell others what you said, Solovic says. Plus, if a co-worker is gossiping with you, most likely he or she will gossip about you.

4. Work complaints
Constant complaints about your workload, stress levels or the company will quickly make you the kind of person who never gets invited to lunch, Solovic warns. If you don’t agree with company policies and procedures, address it through official channels or move on.

5. Cost of purchases
The spirit of keeping up with the Joneses is alive and well in the workplace, Lopeke says, but you don’t want others speculating on the lifestyle you’re living –or if you’re living beyond your salary bracket.

6. Intimate details
Don’t share intimate details about your personal life. Co-workers can and will use the information against you, Solovic says.

7. Politics or religion
“People have strong, passionate views on both topics,” Solovic says. You may alienate a co-worker or be viewed negatively in a way that could impact your career.

8. Lifestyle changes
Breakups, divorces and baby-making plans should be shared only if there is a need to know, Lopeke says. Otherwise, others will speak for your capabilities, desires and limitations on availability, whether there is any truth to their assumptions or not.

9. Blogs or social networking profile
What you say in a social networking community or in your personal blog may be even more damaging than what you say in person, Solovic warns. “Comments online can be seen by multiple eyes. An outburst of anger when you are having a bad day … can blow up in your face.”

10. Negative views of colleagues
If you don’t agree with a co-worker’s lifestyle, wardrobe or professional abilities, confront that person privately or keep it to yourself, Lopeke says. The workplace is not the venue for controversy.

11. Hangovers and wild weekends
It’s perfectly fine to have fun during the weekend, but don’t talk about your wild adventures on Monday, Solovic advises. That information can make you look unprofessional and unreliable.

12. Personal problems and relationships – in and out of the office
“Failed marriages and volatile romances spell instability to an employer,” Lopeke says. Office romances lead to gossip and broken hearts, so it’s best to steer clear. “The safest way to play is to follow the rule, ‘Never get your honey where you get your money.’”

13. Off-color or racially charged comments
You can assume your co-worker wouldn’t be offended or would think something is funny, but you might be wrong, Solovic says. Never take that risk. Furthermore, even if you know for certain your colleague wouldn’t mind your comment, don’t talk about it at work. Others can easily overhear.

supposed to post tis ytd but i've really really no mood and too depressed so dun mind me i'll post tis now..met vin at the bus stop opp the hotel at tanglin..the bus stop after my usual bus stop dat i dropped off at to office..

ii wanted to go to pasta de waraku at marina sq..the place is at a desolate place which is quite difficult to find and it really is at an ulu place lor..euu knw the way to the bowling centre its at one of the turns there which euu will seldom walk there at a salon..wah really find high n low..once i went in there's only 2 tables of customers only..hahah we are the 3rd table..after we finish and about to go off the customers become abit more..abt 4/5 tables..hahha..but the baked rice is kinda nice..its the chicken n scallop one..might go someother day again since my coupons will expire in 31 march..

after dat we go back vin's home..erm..i went home quite early about 9.30pm..haha dat's about all..!

after work i have to go take care of a 6 years old boy as my part time job..the pay is about $8/hour..but i wun be telling euu all whose son is it but up to euu all to guess..hahah..

i finished everything at 6.30pm but i miss the 187 bus on my way back as i din bring my bag out of the house.in the end i waited and waited and waited finally the bus come..i tink its about 6.50pm?i reached bpp at 7.15pm.lol.

after dat i go popular to renew my card..$20 for 3 year..den we go eat the new chinese shanghai restaurant tang dian wang..seems quite nice cos the other time we go past suntec and it seems quite empty..vin say bpp oso got..but we go tis time and its fully packed.den i say maybe we shld go suntec one too?den he say the price if different.i say the menu is standard wad hw can be different?oky dat ends everything so he send me to bus stop lyk finally?!!hahha..bye bye **edited 8/2 10.40am~~

hey yea...finally got chance to update my blog at office..hahhaha..i'm free now!for the time being of cos..the past few days before sat i've been feeling so nervous about my part time job..

but right now today (saturday) i think the feeling is gonna fade away cos the time has come for me to do my job is getting nearer and nearer jz now i having my sat mood so i kip writing labels 2 times for my pap forms..

ytd (friday) i saw a familiar name on a pap form i tink its the singer shi xinhui who came to do pap she went to a clementi clinic she stay around the area so i go home n double check on the dob and it match everything and she's a PR now..hahah hmm i'll update the status of my random icons on top later...lol...**edited 7/2 9.34pm~~

during lunch time..at 1.30pm i heard fire sirens...berii noisy..den i seem to smell smoke hey the bus stop got smoke..the bus 75 got alot of smoke coming out...den i quickly go back office and tell linda lim n qianhui..hahah..really got smoke leh..dunknw is it the bus inside got fire or wad?so havoc until got police cars leh..hahah.after dat 2.30pm the bus is being towed away liao..no show le..hahah..wah i first see bus inside got smoke lucky they aldy dispersed the passengers if not..wah..cnt imagine..haha..oky oky gotta go do my things liao..tonite is so hot..hahah..:)

reached vin's place at 8.20am?jz stepped in the house for less den 10mins,vin's mum ask me whether i'm interested to go hospital to visit his grandma..i say oky..lol..but it took us quite awhile to reach there lyk 10.30am?a berii big difference..haha erm dun wish to emphasise on the details.its kinda personal..hahaha.

we stayed around until about 12.30pm?plus minus ten more mins and off we go..we went to eat in the foodcourt and left the hospital..we took 190 back i tink reach at 2+pm..dun really rem the exact time le..after dat we go on out again to ktv with vin..again due to personal reasons no emphasising again..

went home at 8.30 pm after singing for 4hrs..damn shag..reached his home at 9.30pm..ate abit watch abit tv and off i go sleep at 10.20pm so pathetic..being waked up by him at 10.45pm and chased to go off home..-.-

hais my eyes getting sleepier..gotta end tis entry soon..scared i wun remember wad to update tmr again..oky finally i'm done with everything..

supposingly on leave today went to vin's house..slept abit from 8.30am to 10am..den on to gaming and surfing..vin slept till late from 6.30am to 2pm+ not really sure of the exact time..haaha.

was supposed to go ktv cos i got tis foc 4hrs voucher..ending on 31 jan..but end up din go cos he slept until berii late.but we ended up quarreling(sort of) due to finance.. wad can i say..if ppl who knw him euu shld knw wad happen ba..?!!i'm aldy semi moody and he jz add oil to fire..euu cnt blame me for acting lyk dat.i'm aldy preventing myself from showing my temper..but euu are adding more oil..after dat he went out for his mahjong dat is about 4pm?

i left his home at 10.50pm..i tink..i waited at the bus stop for quite long..about 35mins..the bus 187 really take a long time to reach..a small group of ppl aldy gather up at the bus stop which i usually waited at(nobody will wait with me)..but today its special..haha..oky..end of story.. time for ppl to go slp liao..=)

argh!!!!my phone cam is spoilt!!only can use the front cam which is lousy in mp..felt lyk buying a new phone but...only can buy w/o plan one cos we jz sign up for 1 year contract which give us rebates.i so wanna buy the se phone C905 its the 8megapixel camera..-.- but it cost so much now!damn...$700+ w/o plan with plan its $498..so exp..hais maybe wait another few more mths..hopefully my phone can last until den..=)

no pictures to show and recently lazy to give any blog title..hahha..-.-

went on a temple outing today first temple i cnt go in cos i wear sleeveless lyk so pathetic nid to wear the shawl to go in but i din go in cos the colour dun really match wad i wear even though its for jz 10mins i dunwanna..i am dat fussy..hahah..and the security guard felt bad about me standing outside the door..hahah ii said its oky nvm..

after dat we go to my aunt's house (paternal side) for awhile and went to the nursing home to find my grandfather..jz to see him for a few mins and give him some food and sweet stuff lyk root beer and sweets..he has a sweet tooth..=)

and den we went again to 2nd temple near bbdc..to pray abit and eat 齋 bee hoon..haha my parents say must eat full den go home..but i not really full la..jz 1/3 full ba..dun feel lyk eating cos i having a slight headache..not cured of it yet since ytd nite..after dat we go home liao..and i online after dat most of the day..tink the timing is around 3/4pm?..i got enuff angpows le..total is $180..hahah..so much!oky story telling tmr...=) i'm kinda sleepy..hahah..although i slept early ytd..

i stay back to wait for vin hong cos he said will work only 2hrs the most..so in the end finished at 3.30pm and he say even lab finish earlier den them..like its a rabbit tortoise racing game..hahah..

after we went to suntec and we took the same bus as happy and anna..anna of cos dropped off at dhoby ghaut station..whereas happy dropped off at the ntuc bus stop i tink not really sure which building but i tink its the bus stop before carlton hotel..hahah..

after dat ii felt lyk eating jap food but the 1st restaurant i went to is closed until 6pm so i go b1 to look around if there's any other jap restaurant and i found one the izakuya..its a jap casual dining restaurant..haha its kinda exp so i tried my best to order the least as possible even my main dish is only $9.80..haha the desserts are yummy..i eat red bean paste with dumpling its a cold dessert..but its too sweet for vin's liking hahah..desserts are better and good looking den sushi tei..lol if faz euu are reading tis blog euu shld go try it!its at suntec.

after dat we went to carrefour to take a walk around and we happen to see multi plugs..vin say he nid 1 as his home one spoil liao..hahaha...dat multi plug is the cheapest among the rest of them..cos its by carrefour ma.den i found a mp3 charger with usb one it can charge up to 2 usb n 1 mini usb..but kinda exp $22.80 but i tink its worth it..hahha..=P

after dat he say how come there's no 2pin plug..?he is about to go off when i say there it is jz below..so i say yr eyes in yr foot arh?!!hahaha..3 2pin plugs is only selling at 70cents leh...!so cheap?hahah.after i kinda tired so we went to pay the tings..and left for his home..

i reached his home and went to sleep straight i tink the time is about 8.40pm?i slept until 10.30pm seh!!den i jz slack abit and off ii go home liao.hahah..oky end of story~~~tmr or when den update le!

right now am slacking at innovative LP cos i got lyk nowhere else to rot..so there...yups again!!!lol it seems to be my favourite place to rot at when i'm on leave or...when i have errands to do or when i'm waiting for a particular person lyk euu-know-who..hahaha!!!

met vin at 7pm at dhoby ghaut bus stop.we suppose to meet at the bus stop i usually drop off for work..but i informed late or somehow we miscommunicated slower den usual.hahah so he din flag my bus down..-.-..and he say go clarke quay so might as well we go eat mr curry at central..ii din use the coupon dat qianhui gave me cos it stated not to be used between 24-25 dec/31-1 jan..we went on the wrong day and wrong timing cos its super crowded and the queuing system sux..its lyk eu have to go the cashier and ask for queue number somemore yy can't they make it automated instead press for queue number with the number of pax turning up..machiam lyk m1 kind of automatic queue system.end up we only finish eating around 9pm i so wanted to go liang court and look see audio house..but we reached around few mins before 9.30pm..fyi liang court shops close early at 9pm..so it really dampened my mood..-.-"...so we ended up taking bus 195 opp of liang court to drop off at pan pacific hotel so we can take 106 and he can send me home lol..end up he stomachache and nvr really send me home directly and as usual oways he left something in my bag..lyk the psp usb..=.=..haha end up he come to my window for me to pass him...oky end of story and weather getting colder time for me to tuck my blanket and be pig liao.berii sleepy..lol!

today is so unlucky for me...boohooohoooo...

supposingly i should reach office quite early but due to me being so sleepy ii overslept 1 bus stop..lucky ii din reach ps..cos previously ii work at ssd ii did overslept once and ii reach ps at 8am!!!lucky the bus reach early and i got enough time to reach office although ii drop off 1 bus stop later..

after dat ii was taking all my necessary stuff to start my mounting of slides end up ii drop both the coverslip boxes on my leg..argh and it kinda scrape off my skin on my toe..got abit blood somemore..

and while filtering my stains..ii spill the colours over the funnel..and the sink table..damn!

after ii finish mounting ii suppose to label the slides and ii accidentally drop my box of labels on the floor..arghs!!!!!!!!!!!!

after ii finish all my work for the morning ii suppose to go back to my table but ii knock my foot against one of the fridge..my skin scrape off again..oky and tis is my other leg..

after watching the variety show buffet buffet on channel 8 ii got even more urge to go and eat NOW!but den hais ii am now on semi-dieting..hahha meaning ii seldom eat fast food liaoz..ya ya not counting ytd lar!tis week ii really nvr touch kfc or bk or ljs..but mac is no choice..cos dun feel lyk eating any other tings le..so tired..hais give me porridge to eat ba..lol..

haha..cos today ii was in pantry with peiling and she asked me whether ii still buy online stuffy..ii say not as often liaoz..the most ii buy is 1 dress or 1 ting per month..so she say orh..cos euu need to...(save money up!)...haaha urm somewhat true ba..and seriously ii hate ppl asking me tis question..when eur getting married?ii seriously dunknw the answer to dat question..den she say dun so late arh..ii hope this marry dream can come earlier oso..but sad to say both our careers are still not dat stable yet..ii jz become tis asst lab/cyto tech he jz become support svc supervisor..

and den ii abit headache cos linda lim ask me to study part-time..hmm..maybe ii will but my science is D7 leh..so dunknw if SP will accept me anot..and currently they dun have part-time diploma in the course ii am supposed to learn which is medical technology.my science have to be C6 lor..hais..so headache..and den according to the website..it indicated they will have to consider a case-by-case basis on whether to accept the students..=( abit siianz liaox when ii see tis msg..hmm maybe ii will have to email them regarding this matter but ii tink ii better scan my results to email them together..if can..

It seems to be the only choice left. Later, on a narrow bridge, the donkey was frightened and struggled. They lost their balance and fell into the river. You can never have everyone praise you, nor will everyone condemn you. Never in the past, not at present, and never will be in the future.

Thus, do not be too bothered by others words if our conscience is clear..

BE PATIENT

This is a true story which happened in the States. A man came out of his home to admire his new truck. To his puzzlement, his three-year-old son was happily hammering dents into the shiny paint of the truck. The man ran to his son, knocked him away, hammered the little boy's hands into pulp as punishment. When the father calmed down, he rushed his son to the hospital.

Although the doctor tried desperately to save the crushed bones, he finally had to amputate the fingers from both the boy's hands. When the boy woke up from the surgery & saw his bandaged stubs, he innocently said, 'Daddy, I'm sorry about your truck.' Then he asked, 'but when are my fingers going to grow back?' The father went home & committed suicide.

Think about this story the next time someone steps on your feet or u wish to take revenge. Think first before u lose your patience with someone u love. Trucks can be re! paired.. Broken bones & hurt feelings often can't. Too often we fail to recognize the difference between the person and the performance. We forget that forgiveness is greater than revenge.

People make mistakes. We are allowed to make mistakes. But the actions we take while in a rage will haunt us forever.

ii am so looking forward to the trip tmr seriously ii wanna go night safari..so pls sue euu owe me an outing..due to the put aeroplane of the seoul garden few years ago...ii still remember it hor!!!ii tink its in 2006...hahah cos ii remember got vincent..lol..ii wanna go ii wanna go ii wanna go..let's enjoy the night..lol..=P..nothing much to blog..heh..jz dat ii went to bpp to buy ghost stories..yes the "russell lee" ghost story..wah he published book 18 already!!and ii only got until book 14..cos ytd ii went to popular to see look and its 18..some day last week we saw a gal reading book 16 at bk..so ii planned to go popular to find but the branch at west mall sux...only got 18 dun have 15/16/17..so bad..hahahah.nvm ii found it at bpp liaox..hahah bought a few or is it some puzzle books..hahah cos it's not a few..so let's call it some ba..k lar..nth much to blog..going watch show and play game liaox..

Present or Past Me?

ii tink my headache from yesterday is a pre-indication dat someting bad is coming along..yes..my period..hahha..the first time ii got a headache the day before is so bad..ii kip going hais..the after lunch headache..simple sux to the core..make me tink of going back home the earlier the better..

and out of the blue ii asked vin someting..euu lyk the present or the past me better..but he cnt tell me the reason for it..he say the present..maybe cos ii kip throwing tantrums at him when we jz together..dunknw yy..maybe its cos the working together?or some other reasons..sometimes euu knw gals got their emo times..but ii kip tinking to myself on the bus ride home..wad's the present me look lyk?or the past me look lyk?ii tink maybe ii dunknw lar..the past me look more cheerful and happy-go-lucky ii feel the present me is so lonely..no one else to chat with..

cos ii went to a diff dept..from the rest of them..and den the lab dept..only can chat with andrew n lisar most of the time..the rest are bz to the core..and the only topic seem to be surrounding only workload..(including support service dept)..the only times happen to chat with them is only when most of them kip modeling up and down around the lab..hahha..lyk models chey..!and then by dat time my brain has gone dead aldy..no topics for me to tink about..

and while ii am out with vin..the same ting goes too..simply lost for words..so ii kip listening to mp3 and he facing the psp most of the time..ii feel so lost sometimes..which is the present or past me?or wad am ii supposed to do?bring back the old me?hais..ii hope the saturday trip to night safari..may do someting to help me?

ii jz felt my wrist getting more painful and painful by the minute..its been 2 days aldy..started since monday..ii dunknw how the pain come about?the moment ii used my index finger and my thumb the pain started but the weird ting is once ii did typing it's not pain as before....ii even tried rozy's muscle lotion..ii hope it works..

after work we went to chinatown mac to eat after dat go to k-ster at lucky chinatown..hahah sang from 2pm to 6pm...wah lyk so long sehh..and they change card liaoz..no more black card..now its a white card..look a bit lyk ez-link pattern..hahah..and actually it cost about $15 per person lucky ii got membership card can 10% off..which is about $27 for 2 persons..so lucky..we can sing until we cannot stop..hahah..after go vin's house..and he was so tired dat he jz slept with his jeans on..hahahha..lol..so wad to do?ii only can ask him help me open door ii go home myself lor..he is so babi..

sunday is home day..homing day ii shall call it.hahah.cos dunknw yy lar jz dun feel lyk going out..and vin oways his soccer day on sunday..depending on his frens..ii woke up at 11am and went to sleep at 11plus..ii was surfing the net whole day while watching my drama and playing mmorpg and of cos listening to my mp3...dat's wad ii do when ii am at home on a sunday..pretty bored huh?!!but there's nothing to perk myself up on a homing day on sunday..nothing can force me to go out..not even if my parents asked me go out..ii will go bored too easily le..hahah..and jz wait for vin to come back from soccer..he promised to play maple..and ii said if euu can wake up from yr dota den euu can come maple lor..but ii tink its impossible he will come maple after dota..he will sure go nap..hahah napping is his fave hobby especially when he's really tired out..he really lyk babi seh..eat alot sleep alot..everyting..so ii played maple alone lar..wad else?!!he oways bluff me one..

having monday blues..dat is so unusual..especially it will happen only when ii having a homing sunday..hahah..ii tot today will be a good day..but other den the monday blues tingy..ii been having migraines and one bad luck ting..everyting is oky until after lunch..my migraine started acting up again..its been berii long since ii had it..about 2-3months?ii dun usually had it..but it sorta lyk oways happen after lunch ii dunknw yy?and after dat while ii am mixing the haematoxylin..ii accidentally stained my yellow t-shirt..cos due to my work ii gotta handle all those staining colours..and it happen to be the dark purple one..argh..its so damn OBVIOUS...ii hate dat colour the most..cos it jz wun be so easy to get the tootpid stain off so easily..hais..wad to do jz bear with it for the rest of the day ba..oky liaox..signing off le..

argh tis is the 3rd month of my probation and according to linda lim,if ii wanna go on be the certified cyto tech ii have gotta have a diploma..and dat means endless studying again...ARghs!!!!ii wonder my tootpid head can still store information?somemore need to at least 5yrs sehh..wah lau..by then ii aldy over 30yrs liaox..haiyoyo...seriously..ii tink of not studying..but..hais dunknw lar..see first lor..ii am gonna on my sleeping mode n tired mode again..grrrrrrrr!!!!

ytd went to cathay with vin after work to eat nihon-mura aka Japan Village..wah tis place really hard to find almost give up finding tis restaurant..haha..tis place is cool cos it uses ice cream stick to order for the food euu wan..after dat we went jalan jalan around alot of cool fashion shops but the price is exp..we left the place at 3.15pm.haha den we went on going to ps..as per vin's request..end up he bought a light pink beige shirt..ii wonder when he will wear it lol..and ii bought 2 pierre cardin bras & 3 underwears again..haha aiyo at first ii wanna buy 2 only but the auntie say later the staff cnt scan cos its 3 for $15.90..-.-..argh den ii have to buy 3 lor..hais after walk some more we go play arcade le..and the golden village was having renovation but part of its place have moved to a temporary section..haha..den we left there at 5plus pm..and went home..ta-dah...finish end of story..lol..

k lar..back to shopping at wisma went to shop for a few tings..ii went to cotton on body to take a looky...hais nth nice to buy so ii went to topshop ii simply love their knickers..alot..hahah..its cheapo man to buy there..unlike the rest of the clothes is super EXP..ii wonder yy the knickers are so cheap there..less den $20..

everything was peaceful until after sarah arrived at office at 11.50am..she supposed to come early for medical checkup as per jolly..L saw her sitting outside at counter & asked yy she's sitting there..go pantry lar..and den L say come so early for wad?do charity work arh?..after 15mins sarah still waiting for jolly den she say den ii do charity work lar?L say M call J up..J inform M to ask sarah to wait for him or wad..and dat ended the episode for now..

later on at 3/4pm when L having makan..ii tink she not happy with wad happened in the morning..so she tell tales to J again..ii was at recept chatting with nurul..mayb she told J bout me at recept or wad..J suddenly say ii dunwan ppl to do charity work..and ii dunwan ppl to sit at there(beside recept)..!all the tootpid big fuss came from L & she dare to "complain" to J..such a nice day today..she lyk to spoil everybody's mood & make everyone suffer..ii tink she got a serious "menopausal" syndrome which she haven't get over it..or maybe she jealous ii too free sitting outside.ii din even do anything wrong lor..when L is in a bad mood she lyk to pull J down and make him bad mood oso..!ii really hate her..even more den M now..alrite no more giving a smile anymore..=(

after work,ii went jalan with siti..she wanna buy shoes & something for bf.but things were not to her taste..we walked from pacific plaza to far east plaza to tangs to hmv to cineleisure..dat's a hell of alot of long ways..hahaha..after all this walking my ankle is super "sakit"..end up she only bought her heels..hurhur..she's oso tired out from the walking so she took a taxi & drop me off at opp camden bus-stop.haha.and ii still have to climb the overhead bridge to go idpl lor..wth..lazy of crossing the road oso.ii love to climb overhead bridges and make myself even more "tired".haha luckily when ii reach there they are about to finish work oso..so ii and vin go don to eat oways..hahah..kinda tired of fast food liaox..having eaten for the past few days..cos cheap ma..12-2pm only $4.50 nia..until end of sept ii tink..as wad siew geok told me 2 weeks ago?haha she too long nvr come liaox ii oso forgot when..oky oky..time to end tis tootpid post of mine..bye cya..take care!!

ytd cancer society pap smear specimens was a hell of alot!!ii tink total is about 80+ samples..ii am gonna pengsan by staining all these pap..and today got somemore oso..-.-...wah lyk dat become 100+ le..ii gonna become x.x liaox..

hmm my day has been worthy spent on sorting pap smears wahahhaha..not as free as before le..cos no extra manpower for them le..so everyday other den lunchbreak 1 hour..ii tink ii only got another 2hours to spend..chatting with recept..hahah..its so funny when nurul is at recept..cos she really blur when she sit the whole day..haha..so she told me a few jokes..make me laugh lyk hell..=) den when she go back ssd she will suddenly go blur den go recept den blur again.lol.

after work,ii went jalan with siti..to wisma cos the shop cotton on is having a 50% off sale..wah the shop is full & the queue is super long man..!after dat siti bought a blouse and she immediately wore it liaox.wth..hahah she super anxious to change into it cos she say she dunlyk the brown tank top she's wearing now..we pass by another shop selling bra & panties/boxers/g-strings..and the bras are damn cheap & looks sexy..its only $15...hahahah....lol after dat we go in isetan cos topshop & topman had moved into isetan le..the bra & panties/boxers are so cute..haha..wah by then its aldy 6.30pm so fast sehh..lyk wad siti say she had to leave by dat time to meet her bf..ii reach home almost an hour later..106 is damn full..and it stop for every bus-stop until my waist & legs are tired..ii only got place to sit at holland village..fyi ii took the bus at behind wisma..super tired when reach home..

ever since the last incident of lost blood..there's no more phelbotomist coming over to help with the sorting anymore or any other chores..so buay noi informed me from today onward i'll have to sort the cancer society specimens cos they got no extra manpower..hmm..its lyk nuts to me to sort papsmear specimens..cos before dat anna did teach me how to sort samples although ii learnt the minor one meaning those single tests instead of profiles..hahah..aiya but ii only learn for 3/4 days ii tink..cos after dat ii kinda got stuck staining on slides for quite a long time..and by then,ii am aldy so tired liaox..hahah..although its only 12pm?lol..

seriously ii hate my neighbour alot!!!especially the one staying on top of me in the same room on top of me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!he super hateful....he walk with loud steps...although he is the same age as euu Sue..1986 oso one..and they lyk to quarrel in the middle of the night 12am somemore..make me so sleepy oso cannot sleep..and den he kip banging doors in a fit of anger...argh!!!!!!!!!!!!pls stop yr LOUD FOOTSTEPS && yr BANGING DOORS!!!!!especially not in the middle of night lyk 12am..euu dun nid to sleep but ii wanna sleep hokay!!!

nothing much happen jz..dat at 10am siti ask lab tech whether do they have a particular patient's blood from complete healthcare..?seems dat they did receive the blood but not sure yy it jz disappear...then the lab techs are there finding the blood for ytd..but they din find any..after dat jolly asked uncle ong not to throw the rubbish bag..den anna & nurse leong look through the bag..yay they managed to find it near to the end..woohoo!!!

hahaha..later on ii jz slacked le..cos about 1 hour later ii finish staining everything and its only 11am..super free den ii teach fie how to customise themes for multiply...haah..she was helping sue seh..eh sue euu learn yrself lar!!wakakkaka..

aiyoyo..ii reached home to find nobody's home..argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ii only managed to find some chips at home to eat..haiyo..ii was oways kena abandoned being home alone..!!so sad..lol!

argh this few days ii been having real bad farts.....yes..luckily when ii farted no one is around..if not ii will be so EMBARASSED!!argh..ii dunwan be lyk vin oso..wakkakak..but really ii got no control over this farts of mine..cos ii tink its due to the onions ii ate on monday evening dat is causing my having tis farting problem..although it had lessened already but ii feel weird when ii having this little farts of mine..

Unlucky Workplace?

ii dunknw is there something unlucky in my dept?ii kip banging into things and making it break..argh!!!its lyk the 3rd time in jz less den 2months?and den ii kip getting late...suppose to start work at 8.30am this week guess wad time ii reach office ytd?8.45am ii mean wth..ii dunknw yy ii kip late ever since ii working in cyto dept..in ssd ii jz late a few months jz one time..am ii unlucky or wad..?!!the 1st time ii broke a slide..lucky ii stain everything le before breaking it..the 2nd time ii broke a filtering cylinder the triangle-lyk thingy sorry ii dunknw wad it's called?..hahah..today the 3rd time ii broke a measuring cylinder..!!

oh rite ii forgot got 1 incident in which ii was receiving the slides but ii dunknw how or where did ii misplace 1 cancer society slide?!!damn in the end ii told my boss and jolly knw about it..ii searched HIGH AND LOW but still its nowhere to be found..in the end ii called the clinic up and told them we accidentally broke the slide and asked it they are gonna be following up with it..in the end ii tink ii called on 2nd sept hahah the staff say not following up lucky linda lim is around to help me sign it to become foc.at first ii oso dunknw yy we nid linda lim's signature to sign as foc?orh end up its jesslyn blur liaox actually cancelled forms no nid to sign one lar..she make me "BLUR" oso lor wah lau!argh!!!!!!!!!!!!wth is happening to me?or bad luck for me to work there?oways facing the tootpid traffic jams!!

met up with faz & sue jz now and on the way taking mrt..my legs nearly break off while standing from orchard to raffles place and from raffles place to boon lay without any support handle..hahah..had alot of fun chatting/laughing(as usual)/eating/wadever shyt!haha seems lyk laughing is part of their job scope..!!oways non-stop partly cos of my pronounciation..haiyo..forever one lar..sue used my hp to take pics will post up the nxt time round..and while on the way home in the bus once reaching my stop ii nearly overstretch my arm making it sprain but lucky nothing bad comes out of it..!!haha..

seriously someone senior dat we all know is getting to be a "faker" and "hypocrite" who duncare a thing about the juniors..she act nice in front of everybody and den in front of the boss she act as a devil!

jz becos the junior had a bit of a problem with her pregnancy so she asked the boss whether she can be excused from answering calls due to the "walking ups and downs"..the boss in turn asked her and him for a decision..the "faker" said no she dunwan her..while he say its oky for her not to answer calls..even the boss oso said "we'll see how first"..

at least he oso understand how she tried her best to work..how can ppl so selfish lyk her said dat answer when the junior had aldy learnt most of the skills..she had been confirmed in her job already..even when ii told someone she oso said how can she be so selfish?!!ii even said its not lyk she owned the company so how can she say she dunwan the staff at all!really hurt even my feelings..dat someone even mentioned maybe she's not planning to have babies so she said dat..

but ii think the "faker" had changed over these past few years compared to previous when she haven't promoted..ii dunknw how come she can change so fast..maybe due to her workload?nah its bullshit..she can act busy in front of ppl..but she's busy for all the things dat can be done in a later part of time..not at 2pm or 3pm when dat's the busiest..!

when ppl need her to data entry ii tink she's busying with herself for quotations or even histology or maybe even helping with the marketeers with minor things such as looking for request forms..ii am lucky ii am not with her or even helping her with her tootpid histology charges everytime its her turn to call end up ii am oways the one helping her to call..!

ii even hate her phrase of "can euu help me with this or that?" actually she can do it end up ask ppl to help her do..ii still remember one case with me and qianhui involved..boss even asked and told her significantly only she must handle it..and den she asked qianhui to print..and ii dunknw wad qianhui asked me?she dunwanna ask mr yeo..so she asked me to ask..?den ii asked mr yeo he told me le..den boss knw bout it and ask her in a loud voice "HOW COME FELICIA GOT INVOLVED?"

and den dunknw wad shitty answer she gave in the end no choice she had to handle her ownself..now who asked her to anyhow pass to ppl to do?boss asked euu to do euu dun do end up euu pass to ppl to do?euu think wad yr company arh?or ii shld do it cos of yr "high" rank?

today really is my most unlucky day or wad?!!hahah...cos everytime ii work 9am ii will go siianx liaox cos ii have to face 3 tootpid traffic jams from my home to workplace...argh!!!!oky the 1st jam start at bt batok east ave 3 jz before the PIE...and den my bus will jz stuck there for 10mins...and den it will go for another less den
2 bus-stops and it will stuck at the commonwealth ave west between clementi ave 6..jz before the AYE..again another big massive jam!!!grrr...after dat on reaching botanic gardens or between holland rd & napier rd jz before the traffic light again ii dunknw yy there's another jam..and stuck again for 10mins..which leaves me to reach office from between 8.50am - 9.05am..wanna reach office at 8.45am oso berii difficult lor..ii will be lucky if there's no jam or even 2 jams ii oso will be pleased..hahah..and on reaching workplace ii start my job and stain my 2 trays of slides..but on finished the 1st tray at the last stop ii dunknw yy it jz stuck there and hang everything there for no reason at all and there's nothing stuck or there is my container with dat tootpid handle..urgh!!!i'm so tired of it all jams & stucks..it jz sux..hahah...ii guess everything is so unlucky..oky..ii will update pics later..:) ii suppose to get this posted out ytd but ii type everything today 12 sept @ 7.30pm..haha so but ii backdated it to 11 sept @ 9.54pm...

today ii was so in a good mood so ii suggested to vin to go to ikea alexandra..but ii reached his house at near to 12.30pm ii tink..and ii am so sleepy cos ii woke up at 8/9.30am..(on and off)..to meet my ex to do the sim card transfer of ownership..cos prev was his name..and ii nid such a long appt to meet him to jz do this miserably little ting..end up more den 2years lor..hais nvm..ii ended up sleeping at vin's house at 1.30pm?woke up at 3pm..to go shower and den wake vin up to get ready..hahah..

supposedly should left the house at 4pm but end up we left the house at 4.30pm..hah but we took a wrong bus again..it took us until chinatown before we realised it..hahah and we walked to the other side and took a correct bus and reach ikea at 6pm..was so hungry on reaching there so we go ikea restaurant to eat..after eating at 7pm..we go walked around cos ii wanna buy a storage box to put my clothes in..so we walked down and find a trolley to push around and put things in..ii wanna buy 2 pillows with the storage box..and ii was actually trying to find a cover for the storage box but to no avail..in the middle of everything there's this man n his gf/wife who came asking me whether tis is my trolley ii say yea..but he seems not to believe it..and he kip asking me whether its my trolley..so ii told him ii put my bag in there..so its mine..but he kip saying ii dun believe euu brought the trolley in..he maligned me for taking the cheapskate trolley for wad do ii nid to take his?gib me foc ii oso dunwan to take lor..it really make me so ANGRY!!den vin came over and ask me wad's wrong?ii said "freak man" kip saying ii took his trolley.."freak man" INSISTED dat ii really TOOK his trolley..and "freak man" said ii DUNCARE pls TAKE YR THINGS OFF!!but vin instead told him off dat ii been standing beside the trolley for so long le..how can be his lor?finally he walked off with his gf/wife..his gf/wife kip saying nvm nvm..the more ii tink of it,it jz made me even more ANGRY!!so sad lor..first time in my life being maligned by some total stranger which ii nvr even did in the first place!!!they should kip their trolley by their side and not going around to accuse ppl of taking their trolley in the 1st place...!!!!!ii tink he pick on me cos lyk ii am standing near to the place where they lost their trolley...ii jz wonder my trolley oso nvr put name wad..how come euu fucking know its YOURS!!!!SO FUCKED OUT GUY!!FIRST TIME...ARGH!!!!ii am gonna draw his face and put up to let everyone see...bleahs..!!!

yea ii went to comex on 30 Aug at 7pm..actually aldy reached there at 6pm ii tink but vin's friends havent turned up so we went kfc to eat first den we waited for them at 7pm @ starbucks..haha its so PACKED there..even the food republic when we walked past a few times euu can actually see the ppl crossing our paths with the tray and its kinda terrible cos the food&&drinks on the tray kip shaking..haha machiam got earthquake lyk dat..

his friends reached one after another and we went to the 6th floor cos we both are calefare go there walk look n see nia never buy anything at all..hahha ii 1st time outing with his friend sehh..so funny..

we took 2hours walking the whole of 6th floor..imagine the time is aldy 9pm when we finished jz the 6th floor only..so we jz kinda walked our way down slowly looking at all the shops hahah..

wah den the guys said they wanna go makan at first fuleo say he wanna eat ljs so ii was there thinking is there ljs @ suntec?sorry ii dun remember but ii tink lyk got leh..hahah..end up we reach the pavilion but there's no ljs so he ate bk instead..haha..they finished eating at 9.55pm ii tink..cos vin dilly dally dunwan buy food for them haha..and they interviewed me abit bout vin.hahah..they asked if he was so lame when he's with me..urm so ii say ya..hahaha..but dat's about all lar..not much anyway..vin said he should stay with me in the 1st place..lol..

den we separated ways cos fuleo wanna go home and xue geng wanna go ecp..ii and vin wanna go carrefour..hahah..its about all lar..seriously we finished buying things at 10.28pm..den we make our way to esplanade bus-stop..luckily we managed to catch the bus due to the traffic light..cos got abit of jam and the bus had aldy reached the bus-stop lor..toobad there's no space for us to sit at the back only can sit in front..=P haha vin actually told me he was glad dat ii went to eat kfc cos euu know rite his friends ate bk den when his mother come home from work he will have mac for supper..so euu get the link kfc==>bk==>mac?hahah..funny rite?

ii tink we reached my house at 11.30pm and ii reach my own house @ 11.45pm..so late sehh..ii really dun remember wad time we actually boarded the bus..cos its too packed on our way..but ii can say today is a fruitful day and ii am so damn tired aldy..ii tried to upload the tootpid video but to no avail..imagine ii started uploading at 12am until 2am..and it jz hanged there..DEAD!so ii give up no more uploading of over 50mb of video le..hah imagine me woke up @ 7.30am until 2am ii haven even sleep yet..almost 18 and a half hours!!!!argh!!ii lyk old grandma liaox...!!oky update the nxt time if ii free le..

sorry ii have to divide this post up in 2 parts cos the memory of my video is damn BIG!!and ii actually scared ii not enough time to upload it lar..hahah..ii din manage to reach the place on time they started the fireworks thingy at 9.10pm ii tink..ii only reach the bridge between suntec & marina square and they started le..but ii din want to miss the whole thing so ii nvr go to a better place to video it..jz kinda stuck there and videoed the whole thing..alot of things were kena blocked lyk the pan pacific hotel there blocked part of the view..no choice ii only can video the part dat ii can see lor..=((

tot today will be yet another boring day again..but at 11.30am,SOO KIM ask me if ii got anything to do after lunch..ii say no so she ask if ii know how to do haematoxylin solution..?ii say no..she say ii can learn how maybe after lunch and ask me to ask JANIE..haha..yes!ii got thing to do again but its actually berii simpls jz dilute the powder part A and if dissolve to put it aside first den to the powder part B and do the same after everything dissolve mix it together and filter it when finish and dat's how euu get haematoxylin solution!ii did everything and ii finish it by 4pm.and dat's so EARLY again!!hais yy do ii oways have to do things so fast neh?!!

yea..ii am so free again..haha..gotta learn new things again..YES!change all the solutions today..new tings to learn..lyk how to see the cells thru the microscope.hah..ii dunknw yy ii did the tings berii fast today 11.15am and ii finish everything..hahas..so went to do up the solution for 50% alchohol meaning i have to pour out 500ml of 95% alcohol together with 450ml of distilled water..to make a 950ml of 50% alcohol..seems chim rite?haha..alot of amount of mixing..really can see lyk the chemical changes in the final mix..

actually its a simple ting lar..later after lunch i finish the data-entrying of the morning lots..and JANIE teach me how to see the slides thru the micro tingy..hmm for candida the cells seem to be a branch with alot of leaves really funny one..haha..hah,maybe ii get to lyk the nature of my job for real..hees..=) although it may seem boring at first due to the fact dat ii know nuts of the job..hah..k lar cya peeps tmr again...

ii did my job earlier including all my filtering of stains..and ii finished everything by 11.30am so ii go on do my labelling of slides which end up finished by 12pm..so ii got another hour to go before JANIE let me go off earlier..yes again ii being let off earlier almost everyday lar actually..so good seh more better den when ii work support service dept lor..only on special occasions den we can kena let off early go home..

yes..ii am on half day leave today cos as ii said earlier in my 11 Aug post ii need to collect a $30 Vivo City voucher from Oasis Interactive (S) Pte Ltd at Institution Hill..wah imagine once ii reach there ii wonder to myself is this an office or a house for ppl to live in..cos its actually an old house lyk those euu see in those old estates..and ii reached there about 1.45pm..there's no one around at all..ii tot maybe they will be back at 2pm from lunch..end up ii waited & waited & waited until 2.20pm den they came back all together..wah their lunch is so late seh..so good..!!hahahs..nvm ii waited in front of their door lor..

after finished everything ii tink its about 2.30pm or 2.45pm le..den ii walked back a berii LONG way to take 970..at least more den 5bus-stops..so tiring..and the weather is so damn hot lor!!!ii sweating lyk hell man...argh!!=(( guess wad ii took 970 to vincent's house ii only reached his house @ 3.50pm..so shack!!tired..haha..slacked at his house watching my dramas again...and now 9.50pm less den an hour's time ii got to go home le..waiting for vin to come back from work..wakakaka..k lar..tmr update again..!!hahah..if ii can make it to my blog...

yes..today is not as slack as ytd but ii still left about 45mins to spare..haha..cos guess wad ii should stained 2trays everyday but today ii separated my job meaning morning ii do 1 tray den afternoon ii do 2nd tray..and dat's how ii spend my day today smooth-sailing all the way..ii finished everything around 3pm..and ii did the filtering of solutions..tink by the time everything has finished by 4.45pm dat yy ii left 45mins to do wadever slack tings..

Support Service Temp For A Nite!

haha..yay yay...ii stayed back for today to be support service staff again..was helping them today to do data entry&&printing only cos dat's the only stuff dat ii can help them && oso ii hab to tutor mr vincent hong in stock-taking yet again for a lesson with me..hahahs..=))...data entrying cgh's hiv reports from 6.30 - 7.30pm?!!ii am using vin hong's pw and siew geok helped me write down the CS number..ahhaaha so funny..and we all down there jz tok crap&&jokes...and the 1st thing vin hong tell me is to "COMPLAIN" to me about "LYY" again...!!!hahah..and it started with all the support service questions ii helped to answer just for tonite!!!=) (luckily tonite is free-of-charge!)

den ii went on to match reports && do abit of printing..until 8pm..ii tutored mr vincent hong in stock-taking cum stock-wadever-shit..hahah ii tot ii can leave my stock for 1 month end up..ii still have to look around at my support service dept..under a "microscope"..haha tink ii will have to come once in a blue moon to help them abit cos ii simply "MISS" my data entry forms lol..ii am so damn FREE this afternoon cos JANIE was on leave and SOO KHIM only around in the morning and she left by 1pm..

and ii was down there slacking lyk dunknw wad kinda shyt ii have become..at first ii tot she will come back after lunch but..2pm passed...2.30pm passed...3pm passed...3.15pm ii tink she's not coming back le..so ii tink ii better not wait for her le..jz have to do wadever things ii tink ii can do & slowly wait for the time to pass by ba..did a few filing of slides but its only a few slides dat ii can file only not 2/3 trays of it lor..sibei BORING!!ii really can DIE leh..3.15pm - 5.30pm ii did nothing jz continuously cut labels up into tiny pieces so ii can stick on the slides..SERIOUSLY there's really NOTHING for me to do down there with no reports at all..
